How To Get In Touch With Us Regarding Complaints

Submit a Ticket via The Help Desk
At NetNerd, we strive to provide the best possible service and support to all of our customers. However, we understand that from time to time there are certain issues that you may want to escalate and bring our attention to.
The quickest way to get a response from our support team is by submitting a ticket through the Help Desk. We aim to response to your ticket within 2 – 3 hours during weekdays and within 24 – 48 hrs during the weekends. Please rest assured that your complaints will be handled accordingly by our senior support staff.
Please follow these 3 easy steps to submit a complaint:

  • 1. Submit your complaint to our Customer Service department by clicking here
  • 2. Please allow up to 48 hours for our senior staff to get back to you.
  • 3. You will receive an email notification when your complain has been responded

To escalate your complaint, please follow these steps:

  • 1. Go to our Help Desk and submit a ticket to our “Complaints” department
  • 2. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
  • 3. You will receive an email notification once our team have responded to your ticket
